Something to take home, taught one to one.
Less hands-on. Guided breathing and slow movement you can keep doing at home, taught one to one rather than in a class.
This is teaching rather than treatment. You learn three or four short sequences matched to whatever your body is doing, and you leave able to repeat them without notes.
It works best alongside hands-on sessions rather than instead of them — the bodywork opens something up, the practice keeps it open.
Tell us about any condition affecting balance so the standing sequences can be adapted or replaced with seated ones.
